On the road again! Transporting senior (11!) Frank from the loving arms of his foster mom, Katelyn Laufenberg of Wall, NJ to meet his next transport, Diane Eberhard, in New Castle. She will rendezvous at Ft. McHenry in Baltimore with his adoptive family, who is driving up from Columbus, Georgia!
He's on his way to Baltimore now! The Georgia people drove through the night and got there at 9 AM they are so excited to get him!
