Buck is Adopted

bucknewhome

Congratulations to Buck, who was adopted by Debbie Mack Piccirilli.  He is settling in very well so far into his new home...here he is on the right with his brother Mo and his new grammy! He slept all night in his new bed and loves attention....so far so good!

And special congratulations on Foster Mom Justine Winkler on her first foster!  You did a great job!

Justine says, “I think I really lucked out with Buck.  He was such a good boy.  We are thankful that he found his new home.  Debbie has already sent me a lot of photos and video of Buck.  It was just meant to be. “

Buck was an abused puppy from North Philadelphia and has permanent damage to one of his eyes.  He also came with health problems, and Justine nursed him back to health, and showed him what love is.

Buck is Adopted

buckvet_thumb[1]

Congratulations to Buck who was just adopted by Debbie Piccirilli.

Special thanks to foster Mom Justine Winkler.  Buck was her first foster, and It's a bitter sweet kinda thing when your foster finds their forever family.  But Justine knows that the home he went to will love him as much as she does. :)

Buck is Doing Well

buckrecovering

Buck is really doing well today.

He is on the road to recovery. He had a teeth cleaning and a few extractions.

As you can see from the picture. He is trying to play even with his cone over his head (which he hates).!

Buck’s Vet Visit

buckvet

Buck made out great at the vet.
No concerns about his blind eye. I will be giving him eye drops in case it feels dry.
He is scheduled for neutering and a teeth cleaning next week.
Things are looking up for this little guy!

Justine, he is a lucky boy to have your love. <3

New Foster Buck

Hi Everyone!
Thank you for the support this week while get my first foster Buck.
Buck is a  5 year old Boston Terrier whose has some health issues due to being badly abused as a puppy.
I picked him up in North Philadelphia yesterday from a relative of the abuser . She could no longer care for him.
He is blind in his left eye and seems to have a bad hip. Buck also hops a little bit on his back leg.
There is also a fatty tumor on his neck.

With such happiness playing with his toys, Justine.  We all want the dark clouds of abuse he had to lift in your caring home.  Thank you for helping him. Thank you Justine for opening up your heart and home to this beautiful boy.  We know he will blossom in your care! He will be getting lots of love now!
