New Foster Frankie

Frankie is a puppy mill boy who was just rescued after living his whole life at the mill.  He has three rotten teeth, issues with his eyes and is in serious need of TLC for the first time in his life.

Fortunately, he now has foster mom Brenda Seymour Frank, who says that he is a sweetheart.  Thanks so much, Brenda, for opening up your heart and home to Frankie!
