Wow I was so surprised to receive an item from my wish list so quickly but very appreciative of the gift. I now have an easywalk harness with a leash and the BEST thing is it's reflective in the dark. With having to walk Buster and Scooby so early and it being dark still at 6:30 it will be fantastic. Thank you David Schillero for the fantastic gift. All my dogs send you lots of Kisses.

This, my friends, is Buster Bear. Do you know why he looks like he wants to give his foster mom his middle paw? Because it's time to wake up and TRAIN! UP AND AT 'EM!

That's right, we have some foster dogs right now who need some basic obedience training, as well as fear aggression training so they can get rid of their fear of people and find a forever home.

We just need a few items to help with this process, and would be so grateful if you could help!

Buster Bear Plays "Bang"

I have been working with Buster on BANG your dead. He doesn't stay down long but he has caught on to part of what I want him to do. He just amazes me at how eager he is to learn new things all the time. Maybe I can get Scooby to teach him what I really want after all Scooby is my wonder dog.....I wonder what I did to deserve having him in my life LOL

Buster Bear Plays Frisbee

I took Buster Bear and Scooby to the pet store with me yesterday. I noticed a frisbee in one of the bins I showed it to Buster and he got excited so I said what to heck I'll get it. I really didn't think he would play fetch with it but of well.

 It's been 20 yrs since I have tossed a Frisbee so don't laugh Buster Bear thoug my throwing and rolling worked just fine LOL

They had told me that Buster Bear had to be chased down to get the ball back!!!! No more....I use the mini Kong balls that squeek so when I throw one ball I squeek another and he comes right back and drops it at my feet GOOD BOY BUSTER!!

I just knew Buster Bear was awesome....

I took Buster for a walk with Scooby tonight. They have been trying to play through the crate for 3 days. No matter what one is in the crate they try to play together. After a half hour walk together I released them together in the yard. I kept a leash on Buster just in case so I would have some control. They both immediately went to get a drink and then the play time was on. No aggression what so ever from Buster or Scooby. In one of the pics you can see where they are facing off but just took off running thru the yard together to play catch me if you can and nothing happened at all. I then let Mandy out and as you see in the pics NOTHING they got along great. Buster Bear has no dog aggression so that makes me happy. I can now work on what I consider his just nervous reactions to people. I know quick movements make him nervous but we can work with that. People should be honest when they surrender dogs it would make our jobs as Fosters so much more easy. Oh Stacie I took a pic for you to show you he isn't scared anymore LOL.
