Welcome New Foster Obie

Obie is a new addition to NEBTR and will be spending his Christmas with Laurie Williamson and family.  Thank you Laurie for making his holiday bright, and thanks also to all those who were involved in obtaining and transporting this beautiful boy, especially Tracy and Courtney
