Lily to Be Adopted

Foster Lily had a meet and great with a potential adopter yesterday. The couple was great and super enthusiastic to meet her. So excited to meet her they even brought a ball for her to play with! When they came to meet her, Lily was just being her sweet and cheerful little self. Lily loved the lady and wasn't even afraid of the man! :)

After they left, they both said we really like her but need to go home and make a decision when we aren't looking at her adorable face :) 

About an hour after they left I received an email from them saying that they would love to adopt her. Saying that, they "will be able to provide a great setting and all the attention, activity, and love that she needs to thrive." All great things to hear from an adopter! It makes me feel really good about her new home. 

We're going to set up September 6, 2014 as Adoption Day!!

Very excited for Lily! Happy dances all around!! I'll cherish my last couple of weeks with her. But I am beyond happy that she found the perfect family. :)
