Ida In Her Forever Home

I've been getting daily updates from Ida's mom. She is doing so well!! Jennifer and Scott are totally in love. After only 9 hours, mom and dad said they can't imagine life without her. It's like she was always meant to be theirs ️ They are already making progress with her training and they can't go for a walk without someone stopping to pet and compliment Ida on her beautiful looks. Ida's cute and she knows it lol! Here are some pics from her forever home. As you can see, she is making herself quite comfortable.

Brady Goes to the Rainbow Bridge

With sadness, I pass along the news that Brady is no longer with us. He was experiencing ever more frequent and severe seizures. The multiple medications were no longer effective and robbed him of his playful spirit and energy. The seizures were physically and mentally draining for him and us too. He remained sweet through it all though. We all miss him. Especially Rudy. Rudy is very clingy, not liking to be left alone much. I'm hoping that will lessen in time. We are loving on him as much as he will let us.  It was Oct, 3 when he passed; it was hard to talk about for a while. He wasn't supposed to be the one to go first

It was difficult to make the decision since he wasn't in pain all the time or anything but one night the seizures were very severe and he lost his eyesight, was completely lethargic, and wasn't able to control his pee or poo at all. He was very distressed and I knew it was time. The vet agreed. It was most likely a brain tumor causing the problems and it was not going to get better only worse. He enjoyed a bunch of liver sausage and lots of cuddles at the end   . It was a good end.

Sympathy to the whole family, especially Rudy, and to his foster Mom Christine M as well, who found the perfect family for Brady and Rudy.

Ida With Her New Parents

Hey all!

Wanted to share Ida's adoption picture. My husband and I drove her to her forever home in Washington, DC today. She's a city girl now! We couldn't have picked a better couple!! Jennifer and Scott are already spoiling her with tons of toys and love
️ As you can see, Ida already decapitated her new monkey toy lol. Thanks to all of you for your support!

Love ~ Ashley and Jayson

Ashley and Jayson, you have been a pleasure to work with. You did a really awesome job from start to finish. I'm very happy for Ida.
Congratulations!
