New Foster Yoda
Yoda has just arrived. He was born on December 8th of 2014, making him
16 weeks old this coming Monday.
He has a cherry eye in each eye. He's about 10 pounds, just a tad under
weight. The tips of both ears flop backwards.
He seems very calm, but it might just be the excitement of all of
today's events.
Here are some photos of him.

Okie and Willie Say Thanks for the Easter Baskets
I would like to thank Melissa Totten for sending me all those fun
treats for Easter. My foster Mom was sick and was waiting until Easter
to open the box, but I couldn't stand it anymore and she finally opened
it tonight. Thank you so much for thinking and caring about me!
Lauren Yeary, thank you again also, from me, Okie. I am certainly enjoying all the wonderful treats that you sent me!
The baskets were lovely!
Bentley Bean Can Bark While Holding a Bone
Good looking AND talented. Foster Bentley Bean can bark while holding objects in his mouth!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PH8F-FYFL8E
Posted by Northeast Boston Terrier Rescue on Wednesday, 25 March 2015
I have never before seen a dog that can bark while holding something in
their mouth. They either make a muffled noise, or the object in their
jaws falls to the ground when they bark. Well Bentley Bean can bark AND
keep an object in his mouth. I had to get this on video, because even I
didn't believe it, and I live with him!- Chris
Wow, he is crazy adorable! And Chris, it is so obvious how much you truly enjoy fostering. Thank you so much!

Lulu the Puppy Mill Girl
Lulu finally experienced the luxury of a bed. After spending 9 years in a cage she loves good sheet.
She is a doll. She kisses all of the time and loves the toy that her godmother Liz gave her.
Liz Shockley, her godmom brought her to me me. Despite her prior life she loves all people and dogs. She gives copious kisses, walks great on a leash- Okay so she snores and farts but she is the champion of puppy mill dogs. Forgiving ,loving and I adore her.

Bella is Adopted
When Bella arrived, she was severely underweight, frightened, and shy, with multiple health problems. With excellent veterinary care, a nutrient dense diet, and lots of loving, she turned into a happy, healthy, loving, and playful Boston Terrier, no longer hiding in the closet or behind me, instead, challenging the resident dog to play, running around the house, and giving lots of licks and kisses.
Torrie Moore and boyfriend Bella were so happy to adopt her, she'll be living near Philadelphia in her very own home, surrounded by the love and attention that every dog deserves. Even better, Torrie may volunteer with us!
Hard as it is to see her go, I am blessed to be part of her transformation and see her go to a wonderful family.
Wishes for a long and happy life for my girl.
Jeanne Dross aka Rosie's mom, mother of Abigail
Great job Jeanne! You gave Bella great new life :) We hope that Abigail won't be too sad!
Mila Goes to the Rainbow Bridge
As I write this it is with a very heavy heart and a lot of tears .We had
to let Mila cross over the bridge today. The seizures were just to much
for her anymore. I held her in my arm as she crossed and told her how
much she was loved and she would be missed by many. Not a day went by
that she was not by my side we had 10 great years together. Rip my
sweet girl - run free
Tammy Galvacky
Rest in peace sweet girl...Run free...
Tammy,
my heart aches for you and all others who are a part of Mila's life. I
will keep you in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult
time. - Joyce
Tammy, my heart cries for you. I am so sorry for your loss of Mila. They sure do leave big holes in our hearts when they go.. God shares them with us for such a short time before calling them home again. R Free at the Bridge, Mila, go play with the angels. Joan
