Foster Baby Darla

Darla is an 11 month year old owner surrender. She was surrendered do to house training issues. Darla is very much a puppy and would do best in a home with someone familiar with N.I.L.F. training, and where someone is at home during the day. She has some separation anxiety and has accidents when left alone. She understands the basics (She knows that she is suppose to go outside), but needs to be let out every 2-3 hours, and will have accidents when left alone. She chews everything and thinks everything is a toy, (including your hands). This is behavior that wasn't corrected when she was a puppy, but she is playing less rough, and learning her toys are the only thing she is suppose to chew. But for this reason she needs to be watched closely. She would growl when moved when she was sleeping, but hasn't been doing this lately(I swear NILF works wonders). She is a very vocal dog. She has a very high pitched bark and will bark when the other dogs have a toy she wants. She loves and craves attention from all dogs and people. She is super sweet, but do to her rough playing I would not recommend her to a family with kids (unless they are very dog savy). She gets along good with dogs and cats. She is always trying to engage my girls in a game of bighty face. I think she may be lonely if she was to be the only dog. She is a good dog and needs an owner who is willing to be patient, take time with her, and establish themselves as the alpha. Attached are pics taken with my cell phone.
