Hey everybody, on Mother's Day of this year, we adopted an adorably awesome Boston Terrier from the Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue in Ohio. He's 2 years old and only has one eye (made me love him even more...poor baby needs some love!). His name is Ozzy and he is an amazing little dog. We all love him very much and my son thinks he is the greatest dog ever.
Recently, he developed an ulcer in his good eye and after taking him to the vet, his eye wasn't responding to treatment very well. We were referred to a doggie ophthalmologist. We made our first appointment, thanks to all the lovely people who bought my dog treats, but we have a long way to go in his treatment if we want to save his eye for him and we can't afford it...this is going to cost us $4000+ and we simply do not have that much.
So, in an effort to save our little guy's eye, I've taken to making and selling homemade dog treats with Etsy. :) The website is right here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ahippieheart
