Six years ago, (Saturday June 5) we made a trip down to North Wales, PA
to pick up our boy Oscar, who was being fostered for NEBTR by Beth Powell McFadden and Jim McFadden.
I had wanted a girl, but we fell in love with his pictures. I had just
lost my boxer Ella, so Oscar was joining our then 8 year old sheltie,
Bluey. Blue is 14 and not doing so well. Oscar is such a good brother
and mindful of him. Last year Oscar was joined by baby sister Tully, who
definitely gives him a run for his money! She annoys him constantly
(like most little sisters) but he is just the most patient big brother.
He is the funniest, smartest, most affectionate dog you could ask for .
We hit the jackpot adopting him! Thanks to NEBTR and the McFaddens for
caring for him. We love him to the moon and back!
