Hi Everyone. Chibby was adopted today. The McCarty family of Elkton, Maryland came to visit Chibby. It was love at first sight and the rest is history.
Thank you Robin for all your help.
Attached is a picture of the McCarty's and Sweet Chibby. We will miss him terribly.

Chibby came to us in early August when his owners surrendered him to a shelter. He was not neutered as planned at the shelter because he had kennel cough and also because of the perianal hernia on his rectal area. Laurie took him to U Penn and they did the repair surgery, along with a neuter. Poor Chibby had all that to recover from and Laurie nursed him back to health and has now placed him, with our Placement Team's help, with a lovely family who now has a great Boston.
Congratulations Laurie and thank you for your incredible care.
A huge thank you to all who do our fundraising to make these kinds of surgeries possible.

Congrats on a successful placement! It is so rewarding to see these wonderful dogs get a forever family. Thank you for all you did for Chibby.
