Otto is doing great and making progress in leaps & bounds. He is completely house trained (minus one accident during the Hurricane but that is totally excusable), now eats out of a bowl and walks nice & brisk on a leash. He currently enjoys a lavish lifestyle of belly rubs, blankets, snuggles and treats! He will be getting neutered shortly and will soon be ready to start looking for a furever home!!
