Penny Lane came from the same puppy mill in Indiana as Bella Boo.
Her foster mom Sharon Sweeney writes,
"Just received my first puppy mill foster who i adore. She has made such progress in three days. Does anyone have any ideas about what toys to try at first? She may be a few weeks away from this but I am very proactive. Thanks so much."
