Foster Tigger Had a Busy Snowy Day

He is the young, handsome brindle guy with the blue harness under his foster sisters, my Dolly & Lola.  He is neutered and has a clean bill of health and is being a great boy now about 1 month in.  When he finds his forever home, we'll all miss him terribly!  He's a lover!  He loves cats as much as his doggie siblings.
