Our beautiful - Boston/Beagle/Hound mix Star is recovering nicely from her spay on Tuesday. She had a rough day after and refused to eat or even move but now her little wag is back. She froze like a statue with the cone so my cousin gave me her dog donut instead which Star doesn't seem to mind. She's a wonderful girl who was bred at least 6 times before the age of 4! All of that is behind her now and she can enjoy the rest of her life being spoiled rotten. A family in our neighborhood is coming to meet her tomorrow or Tuesday. They are a semi-retired couple who have owned rescue dogs their whole life. They lost their boxer a few months ago and really miss having a fur baby around. Keep your fingers crossed for this beautiful girl!
