Oklahoma Survivor

dizzy

Dizzy is a very lucky boy.   He was found after the tornado struck by Maeghan of I Day Ranch.

As Maeghan tells the story,  “Well, we now know this pup is named Dizzy and he is about to turn 8yrs old. Her mom didn't know they were about to be hit by the tornado, had just gotten home and let Dizzy out to go potty, then turned on the tv an saw what was about to hit...She went out to get her but Dizzy was hiding (animals know when something bad is about to happen) and within minutes her family had to take cover and the tornado hit. Dizzy's family had major damage to their home, and are staying with family... They were distraught thinking they would never see her again. Dizzy was found this Sunday evening under debris a mile or so away from her home, a full 7 days after the tornado. Somehow, totally fine but missing her pretty purple collar (possibly ripped off by the storm). Through the power of Facebook, Dizzy's mom saw the picture and called me. She is coming to get her and take her home tonight! Miracles happen folks...”

Thank you so much, Maeghan for saving this boy and keeping him for his family.  I know they are very thankful, as are we, to know that people like you are out there.
