Hi;

Meet our new foster Jax. He is sooooo handsome - he is 9 yrs young and has a heck of a lot more energy than me or my two BT's (5 & 6 yrs old). He can roll over, sit, lay, balance a cookie on his nose and high five. He walks like a perfect gentlemen on a leash (a bit of a stubborn old man when he catches a good smell), doesn't seem to overheat too easily so walking until he is tired is mandatory; has a nice pace and does not run or pull. All bathroom habits are confined to outside and NO accidents, not even on his first night. Does NOT jump on furniture/beds and his place is on his bed.

His nicknames (Jim nicknames everything/everyone) are Jax the Nipper and Action Jaxtion. He has a severe case of anxiety, doesn't take to other dogs (yet), and nips a bit. I say that gently because he doesn't really bite (clamp down) but he will tell you where he doesn't like being touched or picked up and sometimes he is just old man ornery, but its OK because he is so darn cute!

Pics attached and Jax says "Thank you NEBTR for all my new toys, bones and blanket!" sure was nice of you!!!

Stacie,

Congratulations on your fostering and getting Jax acclimated to your home.

I LOVE the blankie picture. I'm a blankie freak and tuck all my dogs in every night with their own!!

Jax is adorable. Thanks for taking him in and giving him some normalcy.
