Tribute to Buster

Buster was a blind 15 year old Boston.  He had been surrendered to a shelter by his family, and was alone, afraid, and abandoned.

NEBTR and an angel named Strausie Stephens stepped in and made Buster's last 9 months the best of his life. 

Here is a very moving tribute to Buster by Stacie Kyle.  She captured the beauty of his 9 months in foster care, and showed what NEBTR is all about.
